Receptionist

£8.54 per hour – 10 hours per week
Monday to Friday 1 pm to 3 pm
Term time only

Working in conjunction with our other office staff you will:-

  • Have high standards for a ‘front of house’ position – being the first point of contact for visitors, answering phone calls, filing, receiving and handling deliveries, and any other reasonable office tasks.
  • Be flexible in your approach to pupils, staff, other professionals, and parents and carers.
  • Be able to work as part of a team.
  • Provide hospitality for meetings, and ensuring the rooms are prepared appropriately.

 

Experience in a similar role is useful, but a willingness to learn and pride in your work is essential
This contract is on a 6 month temporary basis and will be reviewed after this initial term.

Specialist Support Assistant

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Specialist Support Assistant who will support our children and young people throughout the school.
All our pupils have a wide range of learning, physical, sensory, communication and medical needs.

We are looking for a person who:-

  • Has NVQ level 2 or equivalent
  • Is reliable and trustworthy
  • Has an exemplary attendance record
  • Has a positive attitude with a ‘can do’ approach
  • Is caring and committed to the highest standards of support for pupils in our curricula.

We are looking for a person who:-

  • Has NVQ level 2 or equivalent
  • Is caring and adaptable
  • Can work at short notice
