SPECIALIST SUPPORT ASSISTANT
£8.69 per hour

32.5 hours per week
term time plus one week

one year initial temporary contract

The Clare School is looking to appoint a Specialist Support Assistant.  We are a warm and welcoming school, which was recently graded as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted.  We are seeking to appoint a enthusiastic and caring Specialist Support Assistant who will support our children and young people throughout the school, who have a wide range of learning, physical, sensory, communication and medical needs. 

 We are looking for a person who:

 – Has NVQ level 2 or equivalent

– Is reliable and trustworthy

– Has an exemplary attendance record

– Has a positive attitude with a ‘can do’ approach

– Is caring and committed

PHYSICAL AND PERSONAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT
GRADE C (£8.09 P/HR)

32.5 hours per week
Term time plus one

1 Year temporary contract

The Clare School is a Physical/Sensory Complex Needs Foundation school for children and young people who are 3-19yrs old.
We are seeking to appoint caring a Physical and Personal Support Assistant who will support our children and young people throughout the school who have a wide range of learning, physical, sensory, communication and medical needs. No experience necessary, full training and support will be given.

MSA’s Required as soon as possible

Two hours over the lunchtime period, Monday to Friday.   Term time plus one week.
Scale A – £7.78 per hour

We are looking for midday supervisors to supervise pupils under the direction of the Senior Support Assistant and Headteacher/Deputy.  You will supervise children in all areas of the school, including the dining room, play areas, classroom in order to ensure the safety and good behaviour of the children.
You will be required to supervise children during the meal to ensure that a good atmosphere is maintained. Encourage good eating habits and assisting younger children where necessary.  You may also be required to do some personal care.  You will ensure the maintenance of good order at all times to ensure school standards are adhered with.
