Specialist Support Assistants
- 32.5 hours per week Part-time
- Term time + 1 week
- Temporary for one year initially
- Scale D £9.74 per hour
The Clare School is looking to appoint a number of enthusiastic and caring Specialist Support Assistants that will support our children and young people throughout the school. We are a warm and welcoming school, which has been graded as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted.
We are looking for people that:
- Have NVQ level 2 in childcare or equivalent
- Are reliable and trustworthy
- Have an exemplary attendance record
- Have a positive attitude with a ‘can do’ approach
- Are caring and committed to the highest standards of support for pupils in our curricula.

Supply Specialist Support Assistants
We are seeking to appoint suitably qualified, amazing and caring Supply Specialist Support Assistants on a casual basis who will support our exceptional children and young people throughout the school.
All our pupils have a wide range of learning, physical, sensory, communication and medical needs, therefore, full training and support will be given.
If you have good attendance and are flexible, as this is on an ‘as and when basis’, then we would like to hear from you.
