Contact Forms.

We offer a number of web based forms to allow you to contact us in an easy manner. The submitted information is passed directly by email to The Clare Schools named contact (see the Contact menu above). The website form does not store or record any personal information, track users by stealth, send data to third parties (except in the process of passing the email message to us), or use cookies to track data submitted. The submitted data will be kept in the form of an email message held at our email providers facilities (currently Google and Microsoft). Your request will be processed by the appropriate member of staff and then removed after a period of no more than 12 months. By request this can be removed earlier.

Human verification Google reCAPTCHA.

On some pages we make use of the Google reCAPTCHA service through our website to ensure that a real person is submitting information. The privacy policies from Google can be found here.

Website activity tracking.

We make use of statistical tracking information in the form of a Facebook pixel. This does not record specific information that can be tied to one person, but only demographic and general location information so that we can monitor how effective our website service is in reaching the right people.

How do we protect your information?

Although our website does not store any personal information, we still seek to comply with data protection regulations and take all reasonable care to ensure that data is secure and protected from any unauthorised access.

Publicity Photos and Videos.

We occasionally use photos and videos of events from the school on our website and have obtained permission from parents  / guardians to use these. If you are unhappy with a photo that has been used, please contact us and let us know so that we can remove this.

Throughout our website we provide you with links to other websites, these websites are not under our control. Therefore, we will not be liable to you for any issues arising in connection with their use of your information, the website content or the services offered to you by these websites. We advise you to consult the privacy policy along with the terms and conditions on each website to see how each of these may process your information. We would, of course, value any feedback on the content if you feel it to be unsuitable.

The Clare School website includes embed video, text and images from third party websites.

Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the you has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. Our content includes materials from Norfolk County Council (school closures), Facebook, Twitter and video from Teacher Tube.
